Is there a cost to attend?

No. There is no cost to attend the 2026 LightBox Roadshows.

Is registration required?

Yes. Registration is required so we can ensure an accurate headcount for meeting space, food and beverage, and provide name tags at check-in. 

What time does the event start and how long is it?

Check-in and breakfast begin at 8:00 AM, with the program kicking off at 8:30 AM. The event runs through late morning. Full timing details are available on each city page. 

What is the agenda?

You can view a high-level overview of topics here. Each city will feature a tailored agenda reflecting regional market dynamics, speakers, and discussions. Visit your city’s page for full details. 

Will there be opportunities to ask questions?

Yes. Sessions include Q&A and interactive elements, and there will be time to connect with speakers and peers throughout the morning.
