Jessica Alford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software as a solution. Throughout her career, Jessica has held a variety of roles, including technical implementation, solutions engineering, and product management. Leveraging expertise in databases, Excel and coding; Jessica was hand-picked by the founder of Narrative1 to take on Pro-Services in 2017. Since then, she has become an advanced certified scrum master and worked on countless projects and products for LightBox, ranging from the Collateral360 and RIMS products to Narrative1. In her current role as Senior Product Manager at LightBox, Jessica oversees all aspects of the Valuation/Appraisal initiatives. Her responsibilities include developing and executing product strategy, managing all client-facing communication, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Matt Bryan is Director, Enterprise Accounts at LightBox, where he has worked on our Lender and Valuation solutions. Matt joined LightBox in 2022 with pervious roles in technology and alternative investments.
